my first story to be posted ... the story and all characters are fictitious ... the names are all made up and doesn't represent anyone living or dead ... here goes ...
a vowed that was set even before they were born. the family of girl was a close friend of boy's family and their destiny, couldn't be changed; until recently ... girl and boy had grown up together since they were born and they knew each other very well. as their families were not well off, they always share their allowance with each other and always help each other. they knew about the vow and, secretly in her heart, she really wanted it to come true.
they've grown to live and accept each other and it seems nth can seperate them ... as the years past, boy's family managed to get out of the poverty cycle but girl is still stuck there. one dreadful day, the time has come. his family had to leave the country for better opportunities awaits them and due to greed, both of them had no choice but finally ... to seperate from each other ...
"you'll be back ?" she asked. "i don't know ..." she couldn't believed her ears. " what you mean you don't know ? ... after all the years we've been together ... the vow ... everything !!! you can leave everything behind ? ... i don't believe ... i don't believe !!!" she kicked him and ran away with tears dripping to the floor. the anguish of the departure of her loved one, she couldn't bear it in her heart. his last words kept surfacing in her mind "i don't know ...". 'how could he have not known ? why he don't stay ? why must he go ? why must heaven break us apart ?' so many whys and yet no answers. she couldn't forget him. she couldn't survive without him and she couldn't imagine life without him.
he didn't know what to say to her. all he did was to send an sms ... 'we are too young to know what is love. i'm sorry ... good bye.'
what is love ?, she thought. "love is when 2 people are together ... happily ..." she whispered to herself ... "damn you !!! i know very well what is love. i know how to love you whole heartedly !!! it is you that don't know how to love !!!" her voiced echoed the room and she broke down in tears ... "i lost him ....... NO !!! i can't lose him. i need him. i want him back !!!"
